This work comes from a time when I was looking for healing through yogic tradition and new age philosophies. Many of these pieces were painted from images I "saw" while meditating, or recurring themes from dreams. In several traditions, crows are known as messengers between the spirit and material worlds. I imagine the hands filled with stars as the invisible guiding forces present in our lives, just out of sight.
